1 oz Pastis
1/4 oz Orgeat syrup
5 oz Sparkling water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 No garnish to prepare.

Method

  1. 3 POUR pastis and almond syrup into chilled glass.
  2. 4 SERVE with bottle of chilled sparkling water and container of ice so the drinker can dilute to their own taste.
  3. 5 NOTE: The ice should be added to the glass after the water.

Garnish

  1. 6 Serve naked, without garnish.
