Ingredients
1 slice Fresh ginger
10 fresh Coriander/cilantro
1 1/2 oz Citrus vodka
1/2 oz Limoncello liqueur
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Apple juice
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
- 1 MUDDLE ginger and coriander in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
History
Each sip is fruity and lemon fresh, followed by ginger.
In 2005, this drink was found at Mo Bar, within the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong.
