1 oz Kirschwasser
1/2 oz Aromatized wine
5/12 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

Kirschwasser, aromatised wine, and sherry combine harmoniously. In January 2022, the volume was reduced and the drink made slightly drier. The preceding recipe, served in a coupe, contained: 60ml kirschwasser, 30ml aromatised wine, and 30ml PX sherry.
