Ingredients

1 1/6 oz Oude genever
5/6 oz Mandarin liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 2/3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass, while also pouring soda water.

  1. 5 Garnish with orange slice wheel.

Created in 2019 and served at Boilerman Bars in Hamburg and Munich, this highball pays tribute to Myriam Hendrickx, Master Distiller of Rutte.
