Ingredients

1 fresh Passion fruit
2/3 oz Chartreuse Yellow
2/3 oz Orange-red aperitivo
2/3 oz Apple juice
1/3 oz Mezcal
1/3 oz Vanilla vodka
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Method

  1. 2 Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds from each half into shaker.
  2. 3 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.

This cocktail is a hybrid of Douglas Ankrah's Pornstar Martini and Joaquín Simó's Naked & Famous. Ripe passion fruit, with a slight tartness, is featured alongside mezcal, creating a balanced and fruity drink.
