Ingredients

1 sprig Rosemary sprig
1 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Shiraz red wine
1/2 oz Cherry brandy
1/2 oz Coffee liqueur

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE rosemary in base of mixing glass.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Rosemary sprig.

History

The red wine's dry tannins find balance with cherry brandy and coffee liqueur, while a slug of vodka provides backbone.
