2 barspoon Honey
1 oz Absinthe
1 oz Apple juice
Top up with Ginger ale

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 STIR honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves
  2. 2 Add apple juice, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  3. 3 TOP with ginger ale and stir.

History

Absinthe is tamed with honey and spiced with ginger.
