History
A White Lady with grapefruit juice, requiring extra sugar for balance. Tasty.
Tim McCall, then Assistant Bar Manager at the Great Northern Hotel in London, created this recipe in November 2012. He originally called it the Northern Sour. By July 2013, when it was discovered at the hotel's Plum + Spilt Milk bar, it had been renamed Northern Glow. Tim himself admits "the name change is a little better."
