Ingredients

1 oz Scotch whisky
1/3 oz Elderflower liqueur
2 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and mint sprig bouquet.

Method

  1. 3 POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 4 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
  2. 5 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
