1 1/2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz China-China liqueur
1/3 oz Honey and water syrup

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry on a spoon.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

This cocktail was discovered in December 2019 at the Bank Hotel in Stockholm, where it is the signature Old Fashioned at the Papillon Bar.
