1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/4 oz Heavy/double cream

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of cocoa powder or grated nutmeg.

- 3 STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5 FLOAT thin layer of cream evenly over cocktail.
