Ingredients

2 oz Vodka
7 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
1 1/2 oz Sake
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare white/green grapes for garnish.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with grapes.

History

Sake adds oriental intrigue to this grape cocktail.
