History

Evokes a long, fruity Margarita with a pleasant fizz.

Paloma, which means 'dove' in Spanish, has an unknown origin, though it is reputed to date back to the 1950s. Some believe it was created by Don Javier Delgado Corona, the former owner and bartender of La Capilla (The Chapel) in Tequila, Mexico, who also created the Batanga.
