Ingredients

1 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Krupnik liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Honey and water syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Tim Homewood created this drink in 2008 at Dirty Martini Bar in London, England. The drink is named for an old family friend, known to his children as 'daddy bear,' which led Homewood to choose the name Papa Bear.
