2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
3/4 oz Banana liqueur
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
3/4 oz Lime juice

Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish pineapple wedge and grated nutmeg.

- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
