History
A sour-style drink served straight-up, made with brandy, Green Chartreuse, white wine, and lemon.
This recipe is adapted from one created in 2015 by Fabiano Latham during his time at The Natural Philosopher in London, England. Parmenides, a Greek philosopher from the 6th century BC, is the namesake, which is fitting given the name of Alban's bar.
