Ingredients

2 fresh Passion fruit
2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Passion fruit syrup
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 Wash and cut a fresh passion fruit in half. SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of both halves into your shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
