Ingredients

1.5 fresh Passion fruit
2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish by washing 2 passion fruits and cutting each in half.

Method

  1. 3 SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 3 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Float the remaining passion fruit half for garnish.
