1 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Lemon juice
2/3 oz Peach liqueur
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

Serve in a collins glass

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of peach slices and mint sprigs.

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with sparkling wine.
