1 1/2 oz Vanilla vodka
3/4 oz Peach schnapps
3/4 oz Black raspberry liqueur
1 1/2 oz Whipping cream

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of flaked almonds.

Melba is a designation for various dishes honoring Dame Nellie Melba, the Australian opera singer of the 19th century. Peach Melba was created in 1892 by the renowned chef Georges-Auguste Escoffier, who was in partnership with César Ritz.
