Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Peach schnapps
1 oz Cold breakfast tea
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice &/or peach wedge.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
