1 1/2 oz Pear vodka
1 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

Serve in a coupe glass

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 2 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with sparkling wine.
