Ingredients
2 inch Fresh ginger
1/2 oz Krupnik liqueur
1 1/2 oz Honey liqueur
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 oz Jasmine tea (cold)
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of mint leaf .
Method
- 3 MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients.
- 5 SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
