1 oz Pear purée
1 oz Cachaça (unaged)
1/2 oz Licor 43
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a flute glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cinnamon powder and pear wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with sparkling wine.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with pear wedge on rim and dust with cinnamon powder.
