Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1 oz Pineapple juice
2/3 oz Lime juice
5/12 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 2/3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple or lime wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with pineapple or lime wedge on rim.
