History

Fruity, sweetened bourbon: a pleasing combination.

Victor J. Bergeron, also known as Trader Vic, created this drink, which was subsequently published in his 1972 book, Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide Revised. PINKY PINCHER ½ ounce orange juice ½ ounce lemon juice 1 dash sugar syrup 1 dash orgeat syrup 1 ounce Bourbon This cocktail is prepared by shaking the ingredients with ice cubes in a commercial electric drink mixer or a shaker can with a mixing glass. It is then poured into an old fashioned glass, garnished with a thin orange slice, a thin lemon slice, and a mint sprig, and served with a straw.
