Ingredients

1 oz Grain whisky
1/3 oz Pinot Noir red wine
1/3 oz Strawberry liqueur
1/3 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
2/3 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Prosecco

How to make

Serve in a sling glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and icing sugar.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.

  1. 6 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
