Ingredients
1 oz Citrus vodka
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
5 fresh Mint leaves
Top up with Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a goblet glass
- 1 SHAKE first five ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 TOP with champagne and lightly stir.
