Ingredients
1 fresh Plum (stoned and peeled)
2 oz Slivovitz plum brandy
1/4 oz Dry vermouth
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of plum wedge.
Method
- 3 CUT plum into quarters, remove stone and peel.
- 4 MUDDLE plum in base of shaker.
- 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with plum wedge on rim.
History
Woody, brandied notes are added to the plum by the slivovitz.
