Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
1/4 oz Cynar/carciofo amaro
1/6 oz Cinnamon syrup
1/24 oz Pimento dram
1 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and skewer with a dart-like cocktail stick for garnish.
