History
In Poland, Bison Grass vodka and apple juice are a classic combo, here also with honey liqueur. Adjust apple juice and honey liqueur quantities to suit your palate. Equal parts are balanced.
Dick Bradsell created this drink for Victor Sarge, his father-in-law, who is of Polish heritage. Dick's initial formula used equal parts and he specified clear, pasteurized apple juice over cloudy, fresh juice.
