Ingredients

2 barspoon Honey
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1 1/2 oz Cold chamomile tea
1/2 oz Krupnik liqueur

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve honey.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

Grassy honey with a spicy, slightly tannic, camomile finish.
