2/3 oz Aromatized wine
1/6 oz Kummel liqueur
1 dash Celery bitters
1 dash Absinthe

Serve in a nick & nora glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered Spanish caper.

  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Susanna McMahon, a 74-year-old grandmother and enthusiastic amateur mixologist, created this recipe in 2021. According to McMahon, "This is a truly savoury drink without any sweetness at all. I think of it as the perfect complement to before dinner treats or pickled treats such as herring."
