Ingredients
1 cube Brown sugar
1 fresh Lemon peel
1 dash Aromatic bitters
1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
5 1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a flute glass
Prepare
- 1 Select a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2 No garnish to prepare.
Method
- 3 RUB a sugar cube with a lemon zest (or on the skin of an unwaxed lemon) and then coat cube with a dash of bitters. Drop cube into chilled glass.
- 4 POUR chilled brandy and liqueur over soaked cube.
- 5 TOP with sparkling wine.

- 6 Serve naked, without garnish.
