Ingredients
ring Pineapple (fresh)
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Tawny port
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker
- 2 Add next five ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
- 3 Float the port on drink.
