Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/6 oz Black raspberry liqueur
How to make
Serve in a shot glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a SHOT GLASS.
- 2 No garnish to prepare.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5 POUR the liqueur down the inside of the glass. (This will fall to the bottom and form a purple haze.)
Garnish
- 6 Serve naked, without garnish.
