Ingredients
1 1/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Lychee liqueur
2/3 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Soda water
1/6 oz Crème de cassis
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
- 1 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 TOP with soda water and drizzle crème de cassis on surface of drink
