History

Aromatic and beautifully balanced. This serves as a cheeky aperitif. The cocktail is vaguely similar to The Savoy Corpse Reviver No. 2, but the absence of lemon juice and absinthe makes it very different.

This cocktail, named after the 12th century troubadour Count Raimbaut of Orange, is adapted from a recipe by Ross Simmonds of the St. Edward's MCR at Oxford, England. The volume was reduced by 33% to fit a Nick & Nora glass, replacing the original coupe.
