History
Based on a recipe by Myles Worrell at The Esquire Tavern, San Antonio, USA. The original recipe included 2oz Pineau des Charentes rouge, ½oz Paranubes Oaxacan rum, ½oz amontillado sherry and 1 dash Xocolatl Mole bitters.
This drink is rich yet balanced, with sherry and red pineau des charentes contributing the eponymous raisin notes, while rhum agricole adds distinctive grassy sugar "cane" notes.
