Ingredients

10 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 dash Orange bitters
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries and lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with lemon wheel and skewered raspberries.
