Ingredients

7 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Gin
1 oz Raspberry liqueur
2 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare raspberries for garnish.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with raspberries.

Gin-forward cocktail with a rich raspberry flavour.

Originally named Raspberry Martini, this cocktail was created in 1997 by Dick Bradsell in London, England.
