Ingredients

7 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Lime juice
1 1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
  2. 8 Serve with a straw.

Vodka mojito? Alcoholic lemonade with mint? Regardless of description, it works.
