How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Method

1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
2 Prepare garnish of mint sprig &orange zest twist.
3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

History

Created in 2007 by Cam Dawson in Brighton, England, this drink was submitted for the Jack Daniel's Birthday Competition.

Jack Daniel owned two saloons in Lynchburg town square. The White Rabbit Saloon was the more famous, known for a limited edition bottling of the same name. This cocktail honors the lesser-known Red Dog Saloon.
