Ingredients

10 fresh Raspberries
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Limoncello liqueur
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of a raspberry.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with raspberry floated in centre of cocktail.
