Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/3 oz Black raspberry liqueur
1 oz Cranberry juice
1/6 oz Lime juice

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

Brandy-laced raspberry flavour, but surprisingly dry with a splash of lime juice.

This drink was originally created for Martell, who sponsored England's Grand National Hunt horse race. It is named after the horse that won the race in 2001.
