Ingredients

1 segment Watermelon (fresh)
2 oz Chili pepper vodka
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
4 grind Black pepper

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of watermelon wedge.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE 60g / 2.1oz watermelon flesh (removed from skin and chopped) in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with watermelon wedge.

The cocktail was first created in 2002. Its birthplace was the Fifth Floor Bar, located in Harvey Nichols, London, England.
