History

Herbal bittersweetness with zesty freshness – a long aperitivo with added effervescence.

This is an adaptation of a cocktail created in 2008 by Michael McIlroy at Milk & Honey in Manhattan, New York City. It is understood that Michael McIlroy drew inspiration from the Triumph of Pompeii cocktail, which itself was inspired by Rome is Burning.
