3/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz Fino sherry
3/4 oz Sake
1/2 oz Lychee/litchi syrup

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lychee.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
