Ingredients
14 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 oz Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.
Method
- 3 ADD first 4 ingredients to glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
- 4 CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
- 5 FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- 6 TOP with sparkling wine.
