2 oz Light white rum
2/3 oz Limoncello liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  3. 3 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. 4 TOP with sparkling wine.
